We loved everything about Dolce&Gabbana’s mystical Enchanted Forest showing at its Fall Winter 2014-2015 show a few months ago but we were especially enamoured by the exquisite appliqué work shown on coats, dresses, skirts, bags and more. So colour us delighted when Swide recently showed these up close and in detail. Just in case, you know, you don’t get to see or wear one of these artworks any time soon.
From foxes to owls, from squirrels to robins, the detail on these are truly mesmerising, containing beautiful layering of lace, sequins, velvet, brocade and more. Without a doubt, these are some serious heirloom pieces.
